Description
The Yellow Jacket 60407 Tubing Expander/Swager Kit helps users easily expand 3/8″ to 1-1/8″ O.D. soft copper and aluminum tubing in seconds. Out of the box, the kits offers six expander heads of increasing size: 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 7/8″, 1-1/8″. Additionally, three expander heads are available for individual purchase: the 60413 5/16″ expander head, the 60422 1-3/8″ expander head, and the 60424 1-5/8″ expander head. With the additional expander heads, the range of sizes you can expander or swager goes from 3/8″ – 1 1/8″ to 5/16″ – 1 5/8″.

- Salvage shorts and scrap to make couplings
- Handles, tapered expanding pin, and other moving surfaces heat treated for durability
- Use on 0.063″ wall soft copper and aluminum to 1-5/8″ O.D. (anneal hard copper prior to use)
- Use on 0.047″ wall soft steel to 7/8″ O.D.
- Kit includes six expander heads; three optional sizes sold separately
