Description
The CPS BTLGP7 is a 7-inch gear and pulley tool designed to make the removal of gears and bearings simple. The BTLGP7 patented design enables fast configuration of two or three puller arms for inward or outward gripping positions. The CPS gear puller comes with spring design to stabilize the jaw when gripping and a special yoke for two or three legged pulling. For tight quarters, using it as a two-legged puller might be the better choice. However, by using three legs, the puller is better equipped to apply even pressure around the gear as the threaded rod is tightened against the gear shaft. The BTLGP7 has a spread of 3-7 inches (76 – 178mm) and a maximum jaw spread of 17” (432mm). The CPS 7” puller has a maximum force of 42,000 lbs (186,500 N).
